Enquiry details. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, company, email, phone, project type, budget, timeline, description, source and any file you choose to attach. Nothing on that form is collected unless you type it.

Nothing else, by default. This website sets no cookies, runs no advertising or tracking pixels, and does not build a profile of you. If analytics are enabled in future, this policy will be updated first and any consent required in your jurisdiction will be requested.

Server logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and reliability. We do not use these for marketing.

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and carry out work you have asked us to do. That is the only purpose.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not add enquiries to a marketing list without asking you separately.

Your submission passes through the service that delivers our contact form and our email provider. These processors handle the data on our instructions and are listed in full on request.

Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser when the page loads. If you would prefer the fonts self-hosted, tell us — it is a one-line change.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project correspondence is retained for as long as the professional and accounting record requires, then deleted.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to our use of it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date below. Continued use of the site after that date means the revised policy applies.
